INGREDIENTS 500 g salmon fillet without skin and bone 1 tbsp. olive oil salt and freshly squeezed pepper cabbage salad 500 g skewers, like red 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. lemon juice (or apple vinegar) salt and freshly squeezed pepper FOR SERVER 4 slices of rye bread 4 tbsp. capers 1 onion 1 little hill pitch 4 tbsp. freshly grated horseradish
Recipe – make salmon steak steak on rye bread with chicken salad
1st Cabbage salad: Cut the spider bowl nicely. Stir oil together with lemon juice and turn the cabbage into it.
