How To Tighten Up Loose Skin- Exercises For Sagging Breasts

The breast skin stretches out and the breast sags during pregnancy and breast-feeding. Having finished breast-feeding, you will see your breast skin is gradually tightening. But it is a very long process. Natural tightening of breast skin takes 1-1,5 years. Do you know how to tighten loose breast after pregnancy and breast-feedings quickly? We suggest you some breast lift exercises, they can help you to tighten up loose skin faster.

The most convenient time for breast lift exercises is between breakfast and dinner. It is not recommended to do them in the morning because your muscles haven't woken up yet, they still have a rest. In the evening your organism is tired and cannot work efficiently. Doing all these exercises it is necessary to feel your muscles stretched from your neck to your breast.

1.  Head bendings backwards and forward. Shoulders are straightened, taken back and lowered downwards. This exercise strengthens pectoral muscles and tightens loose breast.

2.  Body bending backwards, your head is bent to your shoulder and stretches to the floor.

3.   Slowly raise your shoulders to the ears and then lower them downwards.

4.  Stretch your strained hands in different directions, slowly raise them upwards and lower downwards. Muscles of your shoulders and your back become stronger and it also tightens loose breast.

5.  Funnel- shaped rotations. Take your hands in different directions and rotate them intensively. The maximum diameter of the circle, which your arms make during movement, is 40-50 centimeters.

6.  Taking stretched in different directions hands backwards.

7.  Hands are bent in elbows, arms are on the shoulders and pressed to the body. Raise and straighten your hands sharply upwards, then return them to the beginning position, after that straighten your hands in different directions and again to the beginning position, then downwards and again to the beginning position.

8.  The arms of your bent hands are locked behind your back at waist level, then they straighten and lower downwards.

9.  Move your shoulders forward and backwards. 

10.  Stretched in different directions hands make big circles. This exercise is called "a mill".

11.  Lock your arms in front of your breast and press your palms forcefully. It is a very effective exercise for sagging breasts, don't ignore it. The breast will tighten faster.

12.  One bent hand is on the waist, the second one is raised upwards. Bend your body towards the bent hand.

13.  Hands are behind your head. Bend your body in different directions, forward and backwards.

It is necessary to do these breast lift exercises not less than 8 times daily. After every two exercises you should have a break to calm your breath. These exercises will strengthen and tighten your stretched muscles. But they won't tighten up loose skin.

It is necessary to do massage for it. To tighten loose breast you should do self-massage daily, it will take you about 15 minutes. It consists of three methods.

1.  Stroking. It is made by the hand greased by vaseline or any oil. Your movements are slow and careful in the direction to the center, but do not touch your nipples.

2.  Petrissage. Raise your breast and rumple it with your fingers. These movements can be compared with mixing dough.

3.  Tapotement. It should be done by abrupt blows which don't hurt you. Your fingers should move quickly. Doing all these exercises for sagging breasts, you will tighten loose breast in 3-4 months.

This is a very informative website and I found this particular article very interesting as I myself suffered loose skin many years ago. At that time there was little information to help me which inspired me to write a book called Loose Skin. I agree that massage and exercise should be the first option to try as in many cases, they can help.

exercises for sagging breasts do work. I fed my child more than a year and my breast became loose after it. My friend advised me to do breast lift exercises. I did them and they helped me to tighten up loose skin very quickly.
